AND THE EAGLE CRIES!!!!!!!

Troubled winds are blowing on a peaceful land, An eagle flies and hovers near the shore, Two exploding fireballs now billow on the wind, A country mourns like it's not done before!
Troubled winds are scattered on our USA, And countless numbers hear that awful roar, Sent her by an evil force, so very far away, The eagle knows he coasts the Winds of War!
Sad, sad tears are rolling down his cheeks today, An eagle cries for those about to die,
And he weeps for freedom, the kind we always knew, America is asking how and why!
Though the eagle cries, cries, cries for all mankind, mankind, mankind, He's proud to see Old Glories now unfurled, And the eagle cries, cries, cries, his poignant story as it's told, Is echoing his cries around the world!
And the eagle cries, cries, cries out for all MANKIND, MANKIND, MANKIND!
Completed on Sept. 24th, as we edge ever closer to war, but, in my thinking, we were actually at war on Sept. 11, 2001, just as surely as we were with the attack at Pearl Harbor. Having lived through them both, it's a chilling time.
How dare men, with such evil ideals think that they have the right to impose their twisted thinking on Americans?
Surely God cries, too!
